For best use, enjoy your steam before or after your menstrual cycle, and avoid use during your bleed. Recommended use is 1-3 times per month.

Fill a heat-safe bowl or pot with about 4 tablespoons of your herbal blend and pour steaming hot water (about 5-6 cups) over the herbs. Allow the steam to cool slightly while covered to trap steam, then sit or squat comfortably over the bowl with a blanket or towel wrapped around your waist to keep the steam in. I like to wear a long skirt during the experience for more comfort. Breathe deeply, relax, and steam for 15–20 minutes. Always listen to your body and ensure the steam is warm, never too hot.
