My journey into plant medicine started a few years ago, when I became obsessed with herbal tea blends. It turned into a daily ritual for me, to visit my apothecary cabinet, and blend together a tea that supported me wherever I was in my journey. It was then I knew that I was starting to develop a deeper relationship with the plants I was using. I started to study the medicinal and spiritual properties of the plants. I was crafting salves, oils, and sprays for my home. But it wasn’t until I started to dive deeper into my relationship with the plants from seed to growth that I knew that herbalism was a part of my purpose. Over the years, I have experienced grief, loss, trauma, and so on. It is the plants that have truly had the biggest impact on my healing journey. My relationship with them has healed me in ways that I can not put into words. My relationship with the earth feels so natural to me, as it should all of us. Over time, we have become so disconnected from the things that make us whole and that is our relationship and oneness with nature. That is what inspired me to create Free Range Human Holistic Healing.

In the beginning of 2025, I created Free Range Human Holistic Healing as a way to share my love for the earth and the gifts that it has to offer us. To help others find their path to become more connected to plant medicine in hopes that they can find peace, connection, and oneness through nature. Being a Free Range Human to me is about freeing myself from the constraints of societal norms. It’s about being true to myself and my passions, connecting with the earth through food and herbal medicine, letting go of what no longer serves my body and soul. It’s about truly being Free Range in all aspects of my life. No matter where you are on your journey, I invite you to join me in making choices that truly resonate with your soul and support you in becoming your most true, authentic self.
